An original antique Japanese triptych 3 panel woodblock print by Chikanobu Yoshu Toyohara dating from the late 1800's. Title is "Scroll Painting" and is from the "Scenes of Women's Etiquette in Pictures" series.

This is a three panel triptych woodblock print. Marked with the publisher and artist mark. Great detail and colorful image.

Woodblock print is in very nice original condition with no tears, no holes, no folds, no water damage, no fading and no creases. Some minor color bleeding as seen in the photos.

Has no tape residue and has never been framed. The edges and corners are in nice shape with light normal wear from age. The color is excellent with no trimmed or cut edges.

Each single woodblock measures woodblock print measures approx. 14 1/8 inches tall by by 9 1/4 inches wide ( 24 X 36 cm) and then 27 3/4 inches wide (71 cm) when the three images are put together.

Very rare woodblock print and would look great framed. Found safely stored away for years at a recent 95 year estate of along time collector and from a smoke free home.
